Varsity Girls win 5th striaght channel league title
This past Thursday (April 24th) the Royals played host to the Santa Barbara Dons vs. San Marcos dual meet. The meet also signified the last dual meet of the track season, before CIF Prelims begin on the 10th of May in Moorpark. The varsity girls raced to a 100-26 point victory over Santa Barbara and in the process established themselves as Channel League Champions…AGAIN!!! Nice work ladies! On the varsity boys side, they too enjoyed a victory of 96-31 over the Dons. For the distance squad, we used the Santa Barbara dual to fine tune our legs and prep for this coming weeks league finals. Buena High School is hosting league finals which are scheduled to begin at 2:00 p.m., be there!
